Going Home
Well… I’ll try to keep it very short..
10 months ago, I though, that I would live a little part of my life in another, new country and return to my old life after.
Today, I know that I left my old life behind and will never return to it. I started a new life here and it changed a lot of things. I will never be able to live the way I lived before this year, as I learned things through experiences and I met new people that will forever be a part of my life.
In three weeks I will sit in the flight that once seemed so far away. The flight that seemed so interminable 10 months ago as I was sitting in the plane, not knowing what to expect and what I am going to experience. And then I got off the plane and met some weirs strangers that were supposed to be my family for the next year. Well… Those strangers became a part of my life. An important part actually. Thanks a lot to Bridget Uhl, Aurora Thiessen and Ray.
I came to McBride, wondering what the heck I was doing here and having the thought of leaving already in my mind. But I decided to stay and try to live here. I did and I will never regret it. Not because of aaaaaalll the shopping stores in this town and amazing buildings but because of the nature and the fun I was able to have here. I stayed.. Mostly because of the people.
McBride and dunster are amazing communities and I loved to be a part of u guys for 10 months.
Here, I would like to thank all the people that were nice to me….. Wait a sec… That’s all of McBride and dunster…
Well then, let’s thank the people that believed in me and helped me when I needed help. The people that had so many ideas how to make me laugh and how to entertain me.
